We were tasked to bring new life to a run down rental house so that our client could attract a better class of tenant.

The front yard was virtually unusable with extreme grade changes to the street level and a large diseased tree located in the only level area of the front yard.

About The Project
Our client has operated a rental house in the Home Park area of Atlanta for several years. With the completion of the Atlantic Station development, the demand for better quality rental housing had exploded with the increased traffic and the readily accessable area amenities. His desire was to update the appearence of the house to fit in with the newer construction going on in the area, and to attract a better quality of tenant that would appreciate the nearby shops and restaurants.
The Construction:
The damaged tree was removed
New retaining walls were constructed with landscape blocks
The existing roofing was removed and re-shingled
Trim boards were installed around the windows and building corners to offset the existing siding
New landscaping and sod were installed
Paint
We selected a paint pallete to compliment the newer construction in the neighborhoodAll of the siding, trim and block foundations were repainted
